Magdalena Hristova, MSc
Welcome!
My main wish as a professional is to make psychological help even more accessible to people and offer the knowledge and experience I have gathered throughout my years of practicing as a psychologist and seeing hundreds of clients.
In my everyday work I see how many of us struggle with life challenges like existential and identity crises, separation, loss of loved ones, traumas, relationship problems, study problems, and work-life balance issues. Moreover, many have the feelings of meaninglessness and isolation in their lives which lead to conditions like depression and anxiety. Problems in the family system are not to be ignored either, as those are usually a fundamental part of how one's life will unfold in the future.
I have done and continue doing my education in the Netherlands. I obtained my university degrees in the cities of Groningen and Utrecht. At the moment I am studying at RINO Amsterdam institute to become a certified systemic therapist.
At the moment I do consultations mainly online. However I also offer face-to-face consultations for people residing in the Netherlands.
I offer sessions in English, Dutch and Bulgarian.
“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help.”
